The mere fact that you are reading this blog gives you bragging rights as a savvy and well-informed home-buyer… it is also an indicator that you likely drink way too much coffee and still have dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. Joking aside, isn’t the internet an amazing thing? You can learn more about homes, kitchen faucets, the newest and coolest home theater systems, the latest bathroom design fads, and even the reputation of your builder or real estate agent by riding the waves of Google et al (surfing the net). The internet is THE way to research buying a home… period.
Anyhow, welcome to our new blog. The idea behind our blog is two-fold and simple. First and foremost, we wanted to create a platform for people like you to ask questions, tell your own stories, impart your own wisdom, and otherwise provide you with a means of entertainment late in the evenings or whenever you set aside personal time (oh, come on… be excited!). The second reason is to provide for a means of attracting web-traffic to our bad-to-the-bone website so that we are more likely to land you and your friends as customers (at least we are honest about it). Apart from the stated reasons, we also want to learn from people like you… what you think about… what you talk about… the kinds of things that excite you…
Please feel free to post your thoughts, your questions, your concerns, or really anything related to buying/building/leasing a home in the United States. While our staff may not have all the answers, I am sure that somebody who comes across your thoughts will. Apart from that, our staff is already in constant contact with legal, engineering, accounting, and other professionals who can provide everyone with greater insight into whatever the subject matter may be.
