The fastest way to relay an emergency message to our staff is by calling (800) 239-0173. You will then be offered an extension number for emergencies. As soon as you leave a message at this extension, numerous members of our staff will receive a text message on their cell phones prompting them to immediately retrieve your voicemail. 

Please be sure to provide the following information when leaving your voicemail message:

• Your full name
• Your location
• The number at which you can be reached (our system will track this as well)
• A description of the problem at hand

Our staff will return your call as quickly as possible.
