In short, Mollenhour Homes will issue every new customer (and their real estate agent) a unique username and password that allows them to access the project schedule for their home in real-time.
As you have probably heard by now, our project managers continually update and schedule all vendor and subcontractor activities on your jobsite via a web-based project management system. Your user name and password will empower you to monitor progress in real-time at your new home site whether you are in Montgomery or Mumbai.
We want our customers to be able to share in the excitement of seeing their new home being built day-by-day until completion from the comfort of their office or while huddled around their home computer with their family. This also empowers their real estate agents to be better informed and in the loop.
In a world of long commutes, soccer practice, high gas prices, and busy lives . . . . we don’t want our customers forced into driving to the site every day to monitor its progress. As time goes on, updated pictures and other information will be added to this system.
