We agree the perfect paint color and light fixture combination can make or break that dining room. Mollenhour Homes intentionally builds many different floor plans because we know that our customers are not all alike. We will even build a specific floor plan that you choose just for you. 

In addition to a wide variety of floor plan options, we want you to express your creativity by choosing how your home will look and feel. Depending on the stage of your home during construction when you purchase it, our web-based system allows us to track every detail of your home that is still customizable, down to the color of paint on each wall and the SKU for the toilet paper holder in each bathroom.  Our experienced staff is available to assist you in making your selections by providing information and options, but we want the end result to be a home that fits you perfectly and that makes you happy. While we do restrict our customers to products and selections that are available through our vendors and subcontractors, our ‘deep bench’ in this regard offers quite the array of choices.

Don’t worry, because of efficient and organized systems this level of customization will not slow down or extend the construction schedule of your home. It is no longer necessary to choose between a well built ‘customized’ home OR something that can be ready within your time frame; you can have your cake AND eat it too!
