For those of you who elect to create your home from scratch (we call that a pre-sale), there is little that can match the excitement of customizing your home with all the right selections and colors. The Construction Process is where you get to witness all those creative selections come to fruition.

With DreamViewer, you will be able to monitor the progress of your home daily from the comfort of your office or home as our Project Management System relays the updated schedule to you real-time. This tool is extremely valuable for our out of town customers who decide to go the pre-sale route.

Additionally, you will get some ‘hands on’ experience with our scheduled customer walk-thrus: namely the framing walk-thru, the pre-sheetrock walk-thru, and the final walk-thru. At the framing walk-thru, we will confirm that all the floor plan changes you made (if any) have been incorporated into the plan, the walls are in the correct location, and then specify the location of any special rough-in items (i.e. a special cable outlet location or a phone jack in the kitchen). The pre-sheetrock walk-thru is a time to verify all those rough-in items are located correctly and to provide one last opportunity for corrections before the sheetrock is installed (at which point, changes and corrections become much more costly). Finally, the final walk-thru is designed to catch and correct all the cosmetic touch-up items to be addressed prior to closing.
